Phillip Bellizzi

Public Services Librarian

Phillip Bellizzi joined the Science History Institute’s Othmer Library in 2024 as the public services librarian. In addition to assisting research fellows and managing the reading room, he leads the library’s participation in First Friday events and coordinates with the education team in planning awareness activities for the library’s collections.

Phillip earned his MS in library science at Pennsylvania Western State University while working as a library assistant with Penn State Great Valley and Bucks County Free Library. Prior to making the move to librarianship, he earned his BA in anthropology at Temple University and has worked in human resources and customer service management.
