Clare Hirai

Clare oversees the smooth functioning of the Institute’s website, ensuring that its layout is clean, its content up-to-date, and its performance stable. She first came to the organization from 2008 to 2010 and returned in 2014. In the interim she worked as a copywriter and translation localizer for Avira (Germany), ING (Belgium), and Identity Guard (USA). Clare holds a BA in sociology and fine arts from the University of Notre Dame and a certificate in technical communication from Austin Community College.
