The Science History Institute is proud to announce that we have been nominated by the Philadelphia Inquirer for a 2025 Philly Favorites in the Museum subcategory. Nominees are selected by communities in and around the city, and recognize the best local businesses, organizations, and people in 12 main categories including Eat & Drink, Shopping, and Things To Do.

This is the second year in a row the Institute has been nominated and we are counting on your votes to help us win! We’d love to take home the top prize this year and we are feeling pretty confident you’ll make us a Philly Favorites museum, especially when you see our new lobby, exhibition space, production studio, and gift shop after our extensive renovation project is complete.

You can vote for us once a day now through 5pm on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Cast your votes for the Science History Institute at votephillyfaves.com under Things To Do > Museum.

Winners of the Philly Favorites competition will be announced on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
